Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM local time or on weekends ship the following business day.
DELIVERY TIMES (after dispatch)
- United States, Canada, UK, EU: 10–15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 12–18 business days
- Rest of world: 14–21 business days
SHIPPING COST
Free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimums, no hidden fees.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country's customs office. ONYX is not responsible for these fees.
TRACKING
You'll receive an email with tracking information within 1–2 business days of placing your order. You can track your order anytime at onyxrest.com/apps/parcelpanel.
LATE OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If your order hasn't arrived after 30 days, email hello@onyxrest.com. We'll investigate and either resend the order or issue a full refund.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs ($9.95).
