ONYX 100-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to wake up better. If ONYX doesn't change your mornings within 100 days of receiving it, we'll refund every penny — no questions asked.

ELIGIBILITY
- Item must be returned within 100 days of delivery
- We accept returns in any condition (used, worn, partially functional)
- No restocking fees, no return shipping charges within the EU/UK/US

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email hello@onyxrest.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Drop the package at any postal location
4. Once we receive your return, refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method

EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange your ONYX for a different color or replacement band — just mention this in your return email.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your ONYX arrives damaged or stops working within 100 days, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards cannot be refunded once issued, but balances never expire.
