How do I set the alarm?

Press the touch button to cycle through the watch modes until you reach SET. Hold the button to enter setting mode, then tap to adjust the hour and minute. The watch supports silent vibration alarms.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 10 days on a single charge with daily use. Charging takes about 90 minutes via the included USB cable.

Is the watch waterproof?

Yes — IP67 daily-life waterproof. You can wear it while washing your hands, in rain, or sweating during workouts. Avoid showering, swimming, or submerging it in deep water.

How do I charge it?

Pop the watch core out of the silicone band and connect the included USB charging cable. A full charge takes about 90 minutes.

Does the alarm make any sound?

No. Onyx is 100% silent — only the wearer feels the vibration. Your partner, roommate, or pet won't hear a thing.

Can I wear it overnight?

Yes. The band is 22g lightweight medical-grade silicone, designed for all-day and all-night wear.

The screen isn't lighting up. What do I do?

Make sure the watch is charged. The screen lights up when you raise your wrist (raise-to-wake). If it still doesn't respond, charge it for 30 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, contact us.
